Job Description:
This role is responsible for providing analytical support and help run a smooth day-to-day functioning of Financials and Workforce along with Reporting and Analytics team with sufficient resources and deliver timely output, achieve OpEx / automation milestones, and meet the dynamic requirements expected from global.

Responsibilities:

  • Interactions on a daily basis with all levels of the organization, reviewing and gaining feedback on:
    • Resource changes, on-boarding, off-boarding, reporting and metrics as well as reconciliation with overall APAC FSO reports.
    • General ad hoc requests as needed for executive level meetings, business presentations, corporate communications, etc.
    • Organizational metrics
  • Communicate with respective country branch leads and prepare reports on a timely basis.
    • Monthly and quarterly management reporting including financials, headcount, operational activities
  • Work with the country branch leads on developing their forecasts (resources, budget)
  • Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and reconciliation.
  • Seats review and management.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • University degree in related fields e.g., finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent.
  • 5-6 years of working experience in banking, auditing, or consulting
  • A team player and collaborate well with peers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build deep and broad business/technical acumen.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results with accuracy.
  • Focus on timely delivery – Good Time management.
  • Strong data and analytical skills – quantitative analytics
  • Management reporting skills, possess expertise in Excel, MS Access, Tableau and PowerPoint to communicate progress against targets.
