Process Overview:

Global Banking & Markets division serves mid- to large-sized corporations and institutional clients worldwide. It is comprised of Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking, Global Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Markets and Wholesale Credit. Aligned with these client-facing groups are Global Capital Markets and Global Research. Global Banking and Markets Technology provides end-to-end technology solutions for Global Markets and banking businesses including Equities, Prime Brokerage, Interest Rates, Currencies, Commodities, Derivatives, Structured Products, Commercial Card, Cash Management, Payments, Sales, Servicing and Fulfillment. Across all these products, solutions include architecture, design, development, change management, implementation and support using various enterprise technologies.

Job Description:

The opening is for Feature Lead with a good knowledge on Core Java Design and Coding. Individual will be responsible for Design and Development . He / She will analyze requirements, perform impact analysis, design architecture, build and unit test the code and lead requirements and design.

Responsibilities

• Performance tuning of platform and pipeline
• Code reviews for the pod
• Code review for the platform (if and when required)
• Design consultation - Alignments with the Enterprise, GBT and Architectural standards
• Data Modeler - Models the data, ensures that the DB integrity is maintained
• DevOps CI/CD alignments
• Ensures that the pod's design has been reviewed at the GPO Design forum and approved
• Design review or control for platform enhancements and optimization
• Continuously work to keep the GPO Architectural Runway Green and Healthy

Requirements

• Education: B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
• Certifications If Any: NA
• Experience Range: 8-12 yrs.

Foundational skills:

• Experience on Java,J2EE ,MuleSoft ,REST services ,Spring, Hibernate ,SQL Java Script, Activity.
• Design review or control for platform enhancements and optimization
• Having knowledge in Payment processing including ISO, SWIFT and clearing systems are desirable

Desired skills

• A proactive approach to problem solving and think innovatively
