Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process which includes understanding business needs, developing and executing a sourcing strategy, screening/interviewing candidates, managing critical work within a specific Line of Business (LOB), and offering extensions. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units.
As an executive recruiter for the Private Bank, you will be an integral part of implementing the strategic vision by creating sourcing strategies that identify, target, attract, engage and secure top talent in the Private Bank space. In this role, you will work with executive leadership in the Private Bank, to create passive, high-touch recruiting strategies to target and acquire key competitive client facing roles, while continuing to build strong talent pipelines and networks across market space.
Responsibilities:
Conducts intake sessions with hiring managers to understand the business needs and manages requisition workbench within the applicant tracking system
Oversees the process for creating a pipelines of candidates for critical skills areas by developing and executing a sourcing strategy, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews to identify, attract, and recruit quality talent
Manages the relationship with senior Human Resources (HR) leaders, which includes coordinating regular routines and reporting on open positions, new hires, and business specific initiatives
Facilitates creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace by ensuring that the hiring process leverages a pool of candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences
Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
Drive recruiting efforts for senior internal and external talent for the Private Bank
Create an informed, consultative talent strategy based on targeted research, industry/market and candidate data
Develop influential partnerships with hiring managers, internal recruiting partners, and business partners
Communicate and collaborate with business partners and stakeholders across the company
Work closely with business executives, HR Executive and peers to map key competitor organizational structures and talent
Structure and negotiate complex competitive offer packages
Uphold strict confidentiality specific to talent planning, succession planning and organizational design
Required Skills:
5-7 years recruiting experience, preferably in Private Bank or Wealth Management space, managing end to end hiring of competitive advisor and executive roles
Demonstrated expertise in development of sourcing strategies and cold calling
Established experience understanding complex compensation structures and challenges, including the ability to analyze compensation packages and propose and negotiate appropriately competitive offers
Strong client management experience with solid credibility, presence and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services
Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization/time management skills, self-directed/result-oriented
Strong communication (both written and oral) skills
