What you can expect:

The ECF Talent Acquisition team is a team of recruiters that provide talent acquisition support to multiple Enterprise Control Functions, including Global Risk, The CFO Group, Corp Audit, Legal, and the CAO group. This role will focus on supporting all levels of hiring across these LOBs.

This is a high impact role supporting a fast paced organization that has a strong talent mindset. The successful candidate must possess mature and sound judgment, integrity, and self-confidence with a strong desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end to end recruitment process for the business.
  • Demonstrate professional presence while proactively managing client and candidate relationships.
  • Deliver consultative talent acquisition services including diversity outreach, research, market intelligence, sourcing strategies and client engagement.
  • Understand businesses to effectively identify and recruit talent with industry expertise.
  • Practice continuous networking and pipelining in support of building a diverse bench of industry talent.
  • Champion talent acquisition operational excellence, compliance and diversity efforts.
  • Use innovative techniques to meet the talent acquisition needs of the business.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of talent from a variety of sources, including search firm management.
  • Supports TA Manager with administrative and adhoc projects as needed.

Your background:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree Required or equivalent experience
  • Previous recruitment experience and stakeholder management across revenue generating businesses.
  • Strong client management skills and proven ability to develop credible relationships with both hiring managers and HR colleagues
  • Outstanding communication skills and proactive approach to stakeholder management and status reporting
  • Ability to prioritize in a highly pressurized environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and take pride in accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Open, accountable and collaborative in working style
  • Experience of working in a large global corporate environment
  • Experience Team player
  • Ability to build and develop connections and strong partnerships within the broader HR teams
