Job Description:

The Global Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Operations (GFICCO) provides full operational support for the Fixed Income, FX and Commodities businesses, including Trade Control and Settlements.

Within GFICCO, the teams provide multiple services such as Foreign Exchange (FX) & Commodities trade control, settlement and balance management.

The Client Account Set-up team is looking for someone smart to join the team. We focus on the set-up of client settlement and confirmation instructions and provide support to key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to be part of a growing and evolving business. You will be able to apply critical thinking and an investigative mind set to review and remediate issues. This role offers a high level of visibility as you will work with a number of other internal teams to provide seamless delivery and support to a range of stakeholders and our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Set-up of client settlement and confirmation static
  • Completing weekly reporting aligned to controls and settlement activities
  • Working closely with settlement operations to provide seamless services for our clients
  • Enhancing the team’s processes and streamline workflows
  • Builds key relationships with static data teams to improve processes
