Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data governance processes and controls for client reference data within core BofA Systems.

  • Run continuous monitoring routines to assess the on-going quality of reference data.

  • Identify data related process deficiencies and enhancement opportunities.

  • Implement data capture process improvements to enhance data quality related to customer reference data.

  • Coordinate on-going governance routines over customer reference data processes and controls with key internal stakeholders.

  • Liaise regionally with key stakeholders and Technology partners within US.

  • Optimize databases in Cesium and Management System for data quality.

  • Identify data issues and develop solutions using Microsoft Visio to map out new processes in Client Lifecycle Manager.

  • Check data for consistency and errors using Microsoft Excel VBA and profile data to understand its structure, content, and quality issues.

  • Define and track specific data quality metrics including accuracy rates, completeness percentages, and error rates using Tableau.

  • Work with staff on improving data quality in their procedures and ensuring adequate controls in Single Process Inventory.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related: and

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Quantitative occupation.

  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Optimizing databases in Cesium and Management System for data quality;

  • Identifying data issues and developing solutions using Microsoft Visio to map out new processes in Client Lifecycle Manager;

  • Checking data for consistency and errors using Microsoft Excel VBA and profiling data to understand its structure, content, and quality issues;

  • Defining and tracking specific data quality metrics including accuracy rates, completeness percentages, and error rates using Tableau; and,

  • Working with staff on improving data quality in their procedures and ensuring adequate controls in Single Process Inventory.
