Location: Dublin

Role Description:
The Client Assets Control Group Core team has responsibility for daily client money calculations and oversight activities to ensure the accurate protection of client funds and assets on a daily basis. Joining this team will provide fantastic learning and growth potential for the successful candidate within an innovative and dynamic team in an area that is of great business importance and global reach. In addition, the role offers exposure and insight to other CACG processes and responsibilities across the global team. Experience in the oversight of complex processes, process improvement, and team leadership are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team to ensure complete and accurate daily Client Money reconciliations required under EMEA regulation, across different approaches to client money lock up.
- Coordinate triage of technology and other events under tight timeframes ensuring adherence internal guidelines.
- Communicating complex information in a concise manner to senior managers, often in high pressure circumstance.
- Assist in the review and improvement of processes.
- Prepare management information for senior management and interested business groups.

- Excellent communications skills, stakeholder management, and ability to influence others.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
- Critical thinking - an ability to understand complex processes, identify process risks and improvement opportunities.
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- Candidate will be able to manage own time, coordinate team activities, and know when to escalate.
- Working knowledge of Excel and ability to perform analytical reviews is important.
- A working knowledge of the Client Assets rules would be beneficial but is not a requisite for a role. All appropriate training will be provided.
