The Global liquidity Management Team performs Regulatory and management Reporting supporting the CFO Corporate Treasury organization

Job Description*

Global Liquidity Management (GLM) is a division within the CFO group responsible for analyzing the enterprise's liquidity positions, for assessing those positions and proposing changes to them within the enterprise's overall risk appetite. The analysis and assessment include liquidity requirements, contractual obligations, contingent risks, as well as cash flow forecasting and stress testing

The role requires performing and overseeing liquidity reporting, monitoring, and analytics while ensuring compliance with reporting rules and data requirements. Enhancing reporting processes, contribute to automation efforts, and improve analytical capabilities

Responsibilities*

  • Prepare/review key liquidity reports including LCR, ILST, NSFR, and ALMM management and regulatory reports spanning multiple EMEA entities.
  • Provide analytical commentary on monthly and daily reports.
  • Assist with execution of additional routines including report building, testing, and implementation of new reporting requirements.
  • Partner with teams across the globe to deliver efficient, well-controlled, and timely reporting to satisfy internal and external stakeholders and associated business requirements.
  • Be a strong communicator when presenting results and escalating issues.
  • Work with technology and data management teams to resolve data issues and implement new system capabilities.
  • Continuously improve existing processes and workflows by identifying where emerging technology can reduce process time and increase controls.

Foundational skills*

  • Strong understanding of Corporate Treasury and liquidity frameworks, along with knowledge of balance sheet components.
  • Experience and exposure to regulatory reporting.
  • Proven track record of clear and concise verbal and written communication, with comfort escalating issues to management.
  • Intellectual curiosity, with the ability to ask questions that enable rapid learning of complex topics.
  • Self-starter with the ability to be proactive and well organized.
  • Flexibility to join meetings during EMEA and APAC time zone hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 6–9 years of experience in a relevant role within a financial institution.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working in accounting or financial services.
  • Analytical abilities, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong control mindset, including the ability to identify risks and build and maintain associated controls.
  • Working knowledge of advanced Excel skills; the ideal candidate is expected to use advanced Excel functions and create executive-level summary reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in Treasury, Liquidity Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Finance, or Risk Management.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Basel III liquidity regulations
    • LCR, NSFR, ALMM
    • Treasury products and balance sheet management
    • Regulatory reporting governance
  • Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot), including the ability to frame effective prompts and apply AI outputs for accurate, relevant, and reusable business deliverables
  • Strong analytical judgment and risk awareness, with experience using AI for data analysis and executive ready insights (e.g., variance, trends), while ensuring appropriate controls, validation, and human review of automated outputs
