Partner with segment leaders and other key stakeholders to serve as a thought leader and facilitator for segment-specific operating model (process and systems) improvements and strategies. This role will also ensure the operating model roadmap and strategy aligns with the segments-specific vision and goals of operational effectiveness and provide informal team leadership, recommendations and reporting on sub-team workload and prioritization.Business and Strategic Planning
Champion Value Stream mindset and implementation to support achievement of organizational goals and solve complex business problems.
Leverage strong understanding of the corporate strategy and business landscape to identify Enterprise and Value Stream level opportunities for the continuous improvement portfolio.
Develop and maintain strategic working relationships with business leaders.
Partner with Leaders to create the departmental improvement plan, based on segment priorities and goals.
Facilitate change management work to support business and process improvements and overall departmental/divisional effectiveness.
Project/Initiative Management
Independently identify and manage initiatives of significant scope and complexity.
Lead and coordinate work for projects or initiatives for the division as assigned. Possible duties could include:
Evaluation of potential opportunities and recommendations to reduce costs/improve efficiencies
Review and evaluation of best or next practice opportunities for potential adoption
Develop recommendations based on important industry literature and ensure leadership is briefed on current and emerging issues of importance to the organization.
Serve as lead on engagements with external entities (i.e. consultants) and coordinate data gathering, and research efforts based on the direction of leadership.
Manage tracking of initiatives/projects for the division and independently create presentations of initiative/project progress for varied audiences, which may include ELT and Senior Leadership.
Data Analysis/Reporting
Provide insights to leadership based on data analysis, research, external/internal experience, and benchmarking to facilitate decision making and actively manage operations.
Lead the consolidation and standardization of data analysis and reporting for relevant business operations.
Provide analysis and insights for proposed strategic initiatives by leveraging unique perspective on the end-to-end operations of the segment and/or division.
Track and evaluate goal progress, including data collection and analysis of key performance metrics (KPIs).
Hiring Requirements
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
8+ years of experience in related field.
In lieu of degree,10+ years of experience in related field.

Salary Range
$91,100.00 - $164,000.00Salary Grade
