We will be conducting open interviews with the possibility of being hired on the spot.
Job Summary:
The Speed Pitch Inflatable Operator is responsible for overseeing and operating the speed pitch inflatable attraction at baseball games and special events. This role ensures a fun, safe, and engaging experience for fans while maintaining equipment and enforcing safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and break down the speed pitch inflatable attraction before and after events.
Operate radar gun equipment and record pitch speeds for guests.
Ensure all safety guidelines are followed, including proper spacing and participation limits.
Engage with fans in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience.
Monitor equipment for any potential malfunctions or safety concerns.
Manage lines and crowd control to ensure an efficient flow of participants.
Explain the rules and guidelines of the attraction clearly to guests.
Enforce age and height restrictions as required.
Report any technical issues or incidents to supervisors promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization around the attraction area.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, event operations, or amusement attractions is a plus.
Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages.
Ability to handle high-energy environments and manage crowds effectively.
Strong attention to safety and ability to enforce rules fairly.
Ability to lift and carry equipment, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Work Environment:
Outdoor stadium or event setting with exposure to various weather conditions.
Fast-paced, high-energy environment with continuous guest interaction.
