About the Account Manager Position
The Account Manager serves as the day-to-day partner for assigned clients, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, campaigns are executed successfully, and every client experience reflects Capitol B's standard of excellence.
Reporting to the Strategy Lead, this role bridges communication between clients and internal teams, coordinating projects, supporting integrated marketing and communications campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, client-focused, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate client meetings, project updates, and ongoing communications.
- Build strong client relationships through responsiveness and proactive support.
- Assistwith client onboarding and project kickoffs.
Project & Campaign Coordination
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows.
- Coordinate integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital, creative, and media teams.
- Organize and quality-check client assets, feedback, and deliverables.
- Support media planning, campaign implementationand optimization, and performance reporting.
- Monitor project progress andidentifypotential risks or timeline adjustments.
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with strategy, creative, media, and operations teams to ensure successfulon-timeproject delivery.
- Prepare project briefs, status updates, and documentation.
- Support forecasting, work order coordination, and project tracking.
- Recommend process improvements that increase team efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, project management, marketing, communications, orrelatedfields.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience workingina client-facing capacity.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, campaign reporting, and project management tools is preferred.
