Creates customer solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform using Power Apps and Power Automate. Designs, builds, and supports mission critical data solutions for applications using Oracle Connector, Office 365 Connector, Common Data Services, and SharePoint Connector. Analyzes, initiates, and improves computer software specifications on major projects. Identifies and resolves post-installation technical problems. Develops technical modules to support complex assignments and multi-phase projects. Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.

Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple platforms.

Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.

Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.

Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.

Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.

Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.

Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.

Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.

Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) developing and supporting enterprise content management systems using Microsoft platforms.

Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) developing and supporting enterprise content management systems using Microsoft platforms.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) developing business critical applications for compliance, governance, and financial services business groups using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and SharePoint.

DE developing custom SharePoint applications using SPFX framework, Web Parts, PowerShell Scripts, and SOAP/REST APIs; and integrating SharePoint applications with enterprise document management systems and automating administrative tasks.

DE designing architecture and migrating SharePoint 2010, 2013, and 2016 on-premises environments to SharePoint Online cloud using Metalogix Content Matrix and ShareGate.

DE providing production support for incidents, service requests, and code deployments, and monitoring production environments using Dynatrace OneAgent, Dynatrace Real User Monitoring (RUM), Google Analytics, Victor Ops, and Nagios.
