Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Leader that will lead a group of agile squads to define and deliver the analytics and measurement product ecosystem for Fidelity's Retail organization. The analytic products span a number of mission-critical enablers including metadata management, marketing, business, experience & product performance insights, voice of the customer and journey analytics.

As the Vice President Analytic Products, you will harness your product and technology skills to drive impactful results, scale operations, and improve efficiency across our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Unified Product Backlog: Own and align the product backlog technically with business and domain strategies and outcomes.

  • Collaboration: Partner with technology and other functional leaders to define fixed short- and long-term goals and outcomes.

  • Squad Management: Coordinate squads delivering critical initiatives across the Analytic Products portfolio, running the full lifecycle and dependencies without deviation.

  • Scrum Organization: Determine the organization of scrum teams and establish clear, unchanging accountability at the product level.

  • Initiative Oversight: Maintain a comprehensive view of initiatives and products, understanding the fixed ecosystem underlying delivery.

  • Continuous Learning: Commit to maintaining your current expertise without the need for ongoing development.

  • Leadership: Manage Squad Leaders to deliver product/platform capabilities, communicate the team's mission, prioritize client/partner needs, measure performance, inspect progress, evaluate results, and make informed prioritization decisions across squads.

  • Vision and Strategy: Define the product strategy to align with business goals, leverage technical expertise for development and architecture decisions, engage stakeholders for requirements and updates, and cultivate innovation by incorporating industry trends and new technologies.

  • Delivery Routines: Ensure a consistent, clear set of delivery routines based on the product lifecycle stage, including supplying to quarterly reviews and planning.

The Expertise We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred with 10+ years of technical and functional expertise in platform and product development and management, along with strong analytical and mentoring skills.

  • Cloud Proficiency: Preferred experience with public cloud and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), including relevant certifications

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use data to understand client needs, translate strategic goals into actionable plans, and prioritize to maximize value

  • Collaborative Approach: Motivated by working collaboratively to achieve business outcomes, leveraging colleagues' expertise to advise approaches and remove obstacles.

  • Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead, influence, and empower colleagues without formal authority, with a history of building high-performing teams.

  • Program Management: Outstanding program management and interpersonal skills to the forefront. Ability to lead dynamic projects with precision, ensuring flawless execution and clear, impactful communication across all levels.

  • Intellectual Curiosity: A passion for learning and mentoring, modeling a culture of continuous development.
