Job Description:

The Role

As an IWMS Chapter Leader of IT Project Management, you are deeply committed to optimizing the delivery of value to IWMS Clearing and Custody clients. You play an essential role in guiding a team who primarily work within squads across product areas. You collaborate with other leaders to establish the standards for your chapter, influence strategic decisions, and build solutions. You are dedicated to supporting associate growth and development in accordance with updated expectations. You are also committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to bring the latest thinking to your role. A percentage of your time is spent applying your expertise and experience to advance the work and improve product area performance.

  • Advanced certifications and demonstrable experience in the application thereof, e.g. A-CSM, PMP, SAFe SPC, or similar.
  • Prior Management experience, preferred.
  • Financial services experience, preferred.

The Team

As a member of the IWMS Delivery Solutions Leadership Team, you will work in partnership with peers and others in our parent organization, IWMS Product Delivery Excellence, to drive the creation and delivery of products and services for Fidelity’s intermediary business (Fidelity Institutional & Institutional Wealth Management Services). Our group is a combination of Product Management & Business Analysis skills and Delivery Execution skills and services that focus on the overall health of our products for our clients & customers.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
