You are a strategic problem solver, consultative partner, and experienced communicator who has a passion for engaging audiences to deepen their knowledge and take action.
As a Principal, Cybersecurity Engagement & Awareness Consultant in Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS), you’ll build and operationalize plans to ensure we have consistent messaging, appropriate sequencing, and clear connections across all touchpoints with our business partners, technologists, and Fidelity associates so our audiences understand their role in protecting the firm. This role will work closely with ECS product areas to drive engagement and awareness for ECS strategic initiatives, cyber and fraud capabilities, and everyone’s role in protecting the firm.
The Expertise And Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree required, with 6-8 years of related professional experience in corporate communications or marketing
Strong written, verbal, and visual communications skills
Skilled influencer with the capability to build relationships with individuals at all levels across the organization
Audience-first mindset to enable effective communication planning and content creation
Strength in connecting and articulating common threads across initiatives and programs
Ability to think strategically, generate solutions, balance priorities, and adapt well to change direction in a fast-paced environment.
Sense of ownership of your work and the collective value the team delivers
Adept at presenting and discussing work with senior level business partners, and helping to translate feedback to the team
Knowledge of Fidelity, technical subject matter, and/or information security experience a plus
Functional experience with Jira a plus.
The Team
The ECS Domain Enablement team creates high-impact campaigns and strategic messaging to support the ECS mission to enable customer and business growth through secure, resilient, trusted experiences. Our programs include board and executive updates, internal and external audience messaging, ECS associate development, enterprise cyber training, and social engineering awareness.
