Financial Representative

The Role

We believe that as a Financial Representative, you make a key impact on the branch atmosphere, as the official face of Fidelity. Through integrity and honesty, we know you will inspire client dedication and engagement to develop long-lasting positive relationships with Fidelity. It is our mission for the Financial Representative to have rewarding interactions with clients. As a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions, you will partner and contribute to branch success by finding opportunities to deepen relationships.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience provides a strong foundation for success in this role
  • Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus
  • Comprehensive resources and support are provided to prepare for the required Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
  • A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications are beneficial (our tuition reimbursement program can help obtain a CFP, degree, or equivalent credential)
  • Serve as a technology champion within the branch, embracing new tools as an early adopter and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities and overall performance
  • Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients
  • The ability to assess client needs and find opportunities
  • Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Embraces feedback, fosters collaboration, and approaches challenges with curiosity

The Team

As a key member of the team, you will provide daily support to Fidelity’s most valued clients, delivering an exceptional experience that strengthens client relationships. By proactively identifying opportunities and making effective introductions, you will play a direct role in driving the success and growth of the branch. Your contributions will be recognized and appreciated by clients, making your work both impactful and rewarding.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
