The Role

Fidelity is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager, Alternatives Product Marketing, to join the Asset Management Solutions Marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate Fidelity's alternative investment and specialty solution offerings. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with investment professionals, product teams, and cross-functional partners to create compelling product narratives and deliver impactful marketing initiatives across institutional, intermediary, and retail channels.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that differentiate Fidelity's alternative investment products and specialty solutions in the marketplace.
  • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and narratives tailored to institutional, intermediary, and retail audiences.
  • Produce high-quality marketing content across multiple formats, including presentations, brochures, website content, and video materials.
  • Support the marketing and communications strategy for new product launches, ensuring alignment and coordination across business partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with investment professionals and marketing colleagues to develop investment insight and thought leadership content.
  • Manage content and servicing requirements for third-party platforms, including data rooms and external distribution channels.
  • Partner with event marketing teams to develop content and support the planning and execution of client and industry events.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant, consistent, and aligned with Fidelity's brand and business objectives.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a strong preference for product marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of investment products and financial markets; experience marketing alternative investments is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling client-focused messaging.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

The Team

The Asset Management Solutions Marketing team partners closely with Fidelity Asset Management, investment product groups, and distribution channels to develop and deliver timely, accurate, and impactful product marketing content. The team plays a critical role in helping clients understand Fidelity's investment capabilities and the value of its products and solutions, while supporting the firm's broader business growth and client engagement objectives.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
