The Role
As a member of Fidelity's Active Trader Services team, you will support some of Fidelity's most active and sophisticated traders by guiding them through market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related questions. You will build trusted relationships through inbound client interactions, providing education and support that help clients make informed investment decisions. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and industry regulations, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will also identify opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions that align with their investing needs.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Series 7 license required.
- Series 63 license required.
- Series 4 license preferred.
- Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations.
- Experience supporting trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex trading and investment concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, deliver personalized solutions, and build long-term relationships.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As part of Fidelity's Client Services Brokerage organization, we serve as a trusted connection between our clients and a broad range of investment products, services, and financial solutions. We help investors navigate the markets by providing trading support, education, and guidance that build confidence and strengthen relationships. Our team partners closely with clients and internal business groups to deliver exceptional experiences and help investors achieve their financial goals through changing market conditions.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
