Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in partner and business development in a fast-growth, technology environment
  • Experience working in an enterprise technology setting, with expertise in data and analytics SaaS, ISVs, Global and Regional SIs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with groups such as partner teams, sales, engineering, product management, and product marketing

About the job

The Product Activation and Outbound Product Management (PA/OPM) team is responsible for driving growth of the Data and Analytics portfolio. You will work closely with Go-to-Market (GTM) and sales teams to drive an annual business plan for data and analytics. In addition, you will support external messaging for our data and analytics products, related solutions, and competitive differences. You will use insights and data to influence product strategy and investment, in addition to scaling products from the ground-up, organize product launches, and create repeatable GTM processes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205,000-$301,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define the overall strategy for data and analytics system integrator (SI) (Global and Regional), tech and solution ISV partners. Establish reporting on partner success via scorecards and Partner/Google Cloud Platform Data Analytics quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive a process for identifying, assessing, and prioritizing potential SI/ISV including market, field, and customer research, assessment against prioritization criteria, and value proposition.
  • Build strategic stakeholder relationships with partners and leverage to build engagement.
  • Develop partner-led demand generation programs at scale that include joint GTM messaging, solutions/offerings and incentives, in partnership with solutions and technical experts. Influence pipeline growth and meet/exceed quarterly business goals.
  • Define and execute a cross-functional process to engage, build, and execute partnerships.
