Position Overview
Primary Purpose of Position | The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director for Student Access & Success plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director. The position involves managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, program coordination, grant management, and other administrative tasks critical to the success of the Department Student Access & Success Programs. Primary Function of Organizational Unit | The mission of the Department of Student Access & Success Programs (SASP) is to provide proactive support services, accommodations, & education/training to increase the postsecondary success rates for students who are first-generation, from a limited-income household and/or have a documented disability. The vision of the Department of Student Access & Success Programs (SASP) is to be a model office that provides comprehensive support services that engage each component of the college life cycle, ultimately resulting in students having the access necessary for postsecondary success. The Department of Student Access & Success Programs includes the following units: Student Accessibility Services, First Generation Student Success, Graham High TRIO Upward Bound Program, Person County TRIO Upward Bound Program, TRIO Student Acce[SSS] Program, and TMCF SOAR Program. |
Work Hours | M-F 8am - 5pm, Occasional Weekends |
