| Primary Purpose of Position | The Associate Director Residential Life, Housing Services provides leadership and development for 1-2 Full-Time Administrative Support professional and 1-2 ACUHO-I Summer Graduate Interns. Additionally, the Associate Director serves on the central leadership team in a department that houses over 3,000 students. The Associate Director provides departmental leadership in marketing, recruiting and assigning of students in the residence halls. The Associate Director supports the educational and programmatic aspects of a residential community through ongoing student development and education of Housing Services’ policies and procedures. The Associate Director is also responsible for the overall operation of summer camps and conferences. The Associate Director reports to the Executive Director for Residential Life. |
