Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related business area and three years of professional accounting experience, of which at least one is supervisory; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organization, and a customer‑service–oriented approach. Brings preferred experience in high‑level grants management and training including strategic oversight of the entire grant lifecycle.

This candidate will provide comprehensive grants consulting and training to Sponsored Research staff. In this role, the consultant will collaborate closely with team members across pre‑award and post‑award functions to strengthen institutional capacity and improve overall grants management effectiveness.

Assists faculty, staff, and administrators in applying for extramural funding and provides support in managing awarded funds throughout the award lifecycle.
