By using creative strategies to enhance the University’s image, the office promotes the overall mission of North Carolina Central University to its external publics in order to solicit and acquire philanthropic support. |
| Primary Purpose of Position | North Carolina Central University Division of Institutional Advancement seeks an experienced team member to guide the Corporate and Foundations platform of NCCU. Working in close partnership with both internal and external stakeholders, the Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations will develop and execute a comprehensive plan to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate and foundation prospects and donors. The Director will implement corporate and foundation grant strategies to meet or exceed goals and expand philanthropic support. The successful candidate will serve as the leading author for most grant proposals and will take the lead in building strong relationships with the corporate and foundation community in the Research Triangle area and beyond. |
