All product assembly, inspection, and shipping is done in-house at Nugget, by a team of passionate Nuggeteers who love solving problems, learning new skills, and building things with their hands. Our production team roles offer consistent hours, extra time off for appointments and family obligations, and a $20/hour starting wage.
