Climate Finance Intern

We are seeking a Climate Finance Intern to join our Climate Capital Team!

Are you interested in advancing economic equity and expanding access to clean energy financing in under-resourced communities? The Climate Capital team is seeking an intern to support our work in building climate investments and integrating climate finance across the organization. The Climate Capital team works in coordination with teams across consumer lending, commercial lending, secondary markets, community engagement facilities, real estate, and more. We are growing our climate lending (with a focus on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and clean transportation) and developing partnerships that focus on affordable and accessible clean energy financing.

WHAT You’ll Do:

• Support impact assessment of Self-Help's green lending activities and reporting

• Conduct market research on products and potential partners

• Help refine external marketing and communications strategies

• Contribute to sustainable operations planning and staff engagement

• Support other special projects and duties, as needed

WHAT You’ll Need:

• Undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduates welcome to apply

• Demonstrate a sincere interest in non-profit work, education, advocacy, or social work

• Excellent interpersonal skills
