Real Estate Residential Property Intern
Are you interested in learning more about residential and commercial property management? Self-Help Credit Unions provide banking services such as checking and savings accounts. We also have a portfolio of affordable residential housing units and various commercial properties for small businesses.
Under the direction of the Director of Residential Property & Asset Management, the Residential Property Intern will assist in the management of our portfolio of over 1000 units of rental housing.
What You’ll Do:
Support the creation of a new system designed to track and monitor the rental portfolio
Create a tenant satisfaction survey and analyze the results
Participate in site visits to assess property conditions
Make recommendations on operational efficiencies
WHAT You’ll Need:
Undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduates welcome to apply
Demonstrate a sincere interest in non-profit work, education, advocacy, or social work
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
An enthusiasm for learning
Strong attention to detail
