In this role, you’ll support the Bay Area regional team by helping build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of our alumni stakeholders using LinkedIn and web research, and by creating and updating records across platforms such as Salesforce, internal systems, and Google Sheets. You'll also assist in uploading monthly engagement data, developing dashboards to visualize high-level insights, and taking on special projects related to alumni data analysis.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about organization and energized by turning complex data into clarity. You bring strong organizational skills, comfort working with large volumes of data, and fluency in Google Suite—especially Google Sheets. Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred. You take pride in keeping systems clean, and your eye for detail ensures data is accurate and actionable. Your contributions will help our team make smart, strategic decisions rooted in strong data.
