Hill Tutoring is seeking driven and caring educators to join our team as reading/writing and/or math tutors. Our tutoring focuses on core skills and works toward building skill mastery. This is a dynamic opportunity to help students who face educational challenges and to improve their academic confidence. Applicants should be student focused and enthusiastic about implementing Hill’s proven methodology. We are seeking tutors who can provide a minimum of 8-10 hours per week of instruction. Hill Tutoring provides:- Extensive training in Hill’s Orton-Gillingham-based Methodology- Mentor support- Ongoing Professional Development opportunities (earn CEUs)- Supportive administrative team and collaborative colleagues- Tutoring occurs 7 days per week, with flexible scheduling options- Potential for high volume, 1:1 tutoring during school hours- Year-round tutoring on Hill’s campus- Supplies and materials provided (access to robust technology and tech support)- Student matching and billing all done by Tutoring Admins- Starting at $35/hourApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Due to higher demand, Hill is currently seeking experienced K-8 math instructors.
