Hill Tutoring is seeking driven and caring educators to join our team of academic tutors and executive function coaches. Tutors provide remedial academic support to K-12 students in the areas of math, reading, and writing. Executive function coaches assist students in the areas of organization, time management, task initiation, etc. Tutors and executive function coaches are trained in our methodology and use it, along with best practices, to provide support in individual or group sessions. All work in a part-time capacity and can work year-round, mainly after school between 3:30 and 8:00. We are seeking tutor/coaches who can provide 4-6 hours of instruction per week. Hill Tutoring provides:- Extensive training in Hill Methodology- Coaching support- Ongoing Professional Development opportunities (earn CEUs)- Supportive administrative team and collaborative colleagues- Potential for high volume, 1:1 tutoring during school hours- Year-round tutoring on Hill’s campus- Supplies and materials provided (access to robust technology and tech support)- Student matching and billing completed by Tutoring Team- Starting at $35/hour Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
