The Enterprise Product, Agile & Transformation Coach is an expert in product management, Lean-Agile principles, and modern product operating models, with the ability to consult at the enterprise level on organizational, delivery, and technology transformation.This role partners with product leaders, executives, and delivery organizations to lead the shift from project-based execution to product-centric, outcome-driven delivery, while also advising on the adoption of emerging technologies—including AI—to unlock new capabilities and ways of working.
The coach brings deep expertise in product strategy, value management, customer-centric design, and Agile execution, using Agile as an enabler of learning, flow, and continuous improvement. Through facilitation, mentoring, training, and professional coaching, this role accelerates enterprise transformation across people, process, and technology.

This position is office-centric 5 days a week in one of our Truist hub site locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and coach the transition from project-based delivery to product-centric operating models, including changes to funding, planning, governance, and team design.
2. Coach product managers, product owners, and product leaders on modern product management practices such as product vision, strategy, discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, and outcome-based planning.
3. Consult with senior leaders on enterprise product strategy, value management, and operating model design, aligning organizational structures to customer and business outcomes.
4. Guide teams and leaders in applying Agile principles and practices in ways that support experimentation, learning, and sustainable delivery.
5. Partner with delivery leaders to ensure alignment between product intent, technology execution, and value realization.
6. Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational transformation, including portfolio evolution, governance modernization, and flow optimization.
7. Advise leaders and teams on the responsible adoption of emerging and cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to improve product discovery, delivery efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience.
8. Facilitate and coach through highly complex, cross-functional, and technical challenges, integrating product thinking, Agile practices, and modern technology approaches.
9. Ensure product and delivery practices align with operating standards, and risk frameworks, advocating for pragmatic, outcome-focused application.
10. Actively participate in Product, Agile, and Technology Communities of Practice, contributing thought leadership and advancing enterprise capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
2. Eight+ years of professional experience delivering or transforming complex business and technology initiatives.
3. Five+ years in product, delivery, technology, or transformation roles (e.g., Product Manager, Product Owner, Agile Coach, Transformation Lead, Technology Lead, Business Lead, Solution Architect).
4. Five+ years of experience coaching leaders and teams in Agile and product-centric environments, including portfolio- or enterprise-level transformation.
5. Demonstrated experience leading or consulting on project-to-product transformations.
6. Three+ years of experience delivering training, facilitation, and enablement across product, Agile, or transformation domains.
7. Strong working knowledge of product management, Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
8. Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, data platforms) and their implications for product strategy and delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience supporting product-led, platform-based, or ecosystem operating models at enterprise scale.
3. Experience advising on or enabling AI-driven products, platforms, or internal capabilities.
4. Prior DevOps or platform experience, including automation, CI/CD, and modern toolchains.
5. Experience working in regulated industries, such as financial services or banking.
6. Background in enterprise transformation, organizational design, or technology modernization.
