Plans, defines, delivers, and assesses technical products and services. Works with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation while continuously evaluating market feedback and technology trends to enhance product functionality and user experience.***This is an in-office position and will require 5-days per week in the office***
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Instructs the end-to-end delivery and performance of technology services or products, ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality.
2. Defines and executes product scope, features, and pricing based on comprehensive market analysis and organizational objectives.
3. Collaborates with engineering, architecture, analytics, and other teams to drive product development and innovation.
4. Continuously assesses market feedback and technology trends to recommend product enhancements.
5. Implements service improvement plans to optimize product functionality and user experience.
6. Plans and organizes product launches, updates, and lifecycle activities to meet business goals.
7. Monitors product performance metrics and recommends adjustments to strategies to achieve financial and operational targets.
8. Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure alignment of product strategies with overall business objectives.
9. Provides technical guidance and direction to lower-level technical professionals.
10. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal technology standards.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical product management.
3. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to technology products.
4. Experience managing and supporting technical products or services.
Strongly Preferred:
- SAFe Agile
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
2. Experience in the financial services industry.
3. Strong experience with agile methodologies, enterprise product management tools, and various architectural domains.
