| Purpose of Department: | The Center for Student Success is a combination of Academic and Career Advising, Academic Support/Tutorial Services and First Year Experience/Retention and is designed to be a one stop shop for assisting students be successful at PEACE. |
| Summary of Position: | Reporting to the Dean of Student Success, the First-Year Experience (FYE) Coordinator supports academic transition, success, and belonging for first-year and transfer students at Peace. The FYE Coordinator is a member of the Center for Student Success staff, provides coordination for First-Year Experience programming, manages early alert and outreach efforts focused on belonging, oversees transfer initiatives that foster community, assists students with academic issues, and serves as a resource to all students. |
