| Purpose of Department: | The Office of Admissions seeks to attract and enroll a diverse student body for our non-traditional program who are academically strong, ethical, and positive members of their community in a positive work environment that encourages ingenuity, collaboration, and excitement. The RN to BSN program provides online and classroom-based programs of study that are responsive of students’ needs preparing them for lifelong learning, meaningful careers, and ethical citizenship through intellectual opportunities in a student-focused environment. |
| Summary of Position: | The Nursing Admissions Recruiter reports to the Director of Online Enrollment and Strategic Partnerships and recruits students for the RN to BSN program by conducting outreach to targeted individuals, attending in person and/or virtual events and communicating with prospective students through all funnel stages. The goal is to increase enrollment in the program. |
| Essential duties and responsibilities: |

| Minimum Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing with two years of experience as an RN. Excellent computer skills, customer focus, and awareness of adult learner needs. Current, active license as a Registered Nurse |
| Preferred Qualifications: | Master’s degree in nursing; previous experience in nursing education or teaching/precepting nurses. |
