Job Title: Teller
Position Location: Raleigh, NC. Fully onsite role.
Hours: Shift is 10:15am-7:15pm. Teller Center operates 7 days per week from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.
The full-time schedule will include weekday and alternating weekend hours up to 40 hours per week.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.
Your impact:
As a Teller, you'll have the opportunity to use your outgoing personality skills to make a great first impression on our members. You'll also have the opportunity to use your detail orientation, technical skills, and problem-solving ideas to provide them with a great experience when they visit us via our PTM's.
The contributions you can anticipate making:
Creating a positive first impression by engaging with our members and providing excellent member service while processing their deposits, withdraws, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and cash checking.
Educating members about the products and services we offer and recognizing opportunities where it would be helpful to refer them to other departments for further details.
Helping the members with their concerns or problems, in a timely manner, by either resolving them personally or coordinating the resolution through the appropriate department and then following up to ensure the member was satisfied with the resolution.
Presenting your ideas for how we may improve efficiencies, increase revenue, and reduce expenses.
Keeping your supervisor up to date on any problems, irregularities, changes or other important information.
To be successful in this role, you will be:
Someone who loves creating a positive first impression by making the member's visit to a PTM a personable experience.
A person who derives satisfaction from taking a concern or problem and seeing it through to resolution.
Someone who's comfortable handling confidential information and enjoys working with details.
An individual who is excited by the use of technology is comfortable in front of a camera and enjoys being a part of a bustling, call center environment.
Someone who derives a feeling of competence from daily repetition of tasks so they can engage, instead, with the variety of member interactions they encounter on a daily basis.

Experience:
One year of Teller or one year Call Center experience required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
