Job Title: Indirect Processor

Position Location: Raleigh, NC. Hybrid role - must live locally.

Your impact:

As an Indirect Processor, you'll have the opportunity to use your detail orientation, penchant for accuracy, and strong organizational skills to verify loan documents, verify ID's, make loan file corrections, fund loans to Coastal's core system, and balance daily. You'll also have the opportunity to use your strong interpersonal skills as you build relationships with our applicants and dealer partners.

The contributions you can anticipate making:

Reviewing Indirect loan packages for completion and accuracy, verifying information by phone, and checking collateral value, lien perfection, and overall propriety of the loan.

Providing phone customer service, opening new member accounts, entering data into system, conducting phone audits, and receiving packages to ensure prescribed three-day funding and production standards are met daily.

Building and maintaining relationships with our dealer partners throughout the funding process and being the second contact to a group of preferred dealers to ensure they are receiving prompt responses.

Experience: One year of financial institution experience; Indirect consumer lending experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
